UPSC General Studies 4 (Ethics, Integrity and aptitude) Analysis

UPSC General Studies 4 (Ethics, Integrity and aptitude) Analysis

Observations:

1. Marks distribution: Theory (13*10 =130 marks) ; Case studies ( 6*20 = 120 marks)

2. Difficulty level - Moderate

3. Paper was lengthy as usual with long paragraphs in case studies

4. Paper simpler as compared to previous year. Overall question are on expected lines.

5. Most case studies consisted of 3/4 sub questions which was useful in structuring answer in simpler ways.

6. If you are mindful enough, you'll get hint to write Q1 a and b in first case study (Q7)

7. Overall no surprises as such in ethics paper.. Only challenge was to finish everything in 3 hours!
