UPSC CSE mains ESSAY paper 2019

Write to essay, choosing one topic from each of the following section A and B, in about 1000 - 1200 word each :

निम्न खंड A और B प्रत्येक से एक विषय चुनकर दो निबंध लिखिए जो प्रत्येक लगभग 1000 से 1200  शब्दों का हो 

: 125×2=250 Marks.

SECTION-A

खण्ड A

1. Wisdom finds truth. विवेक सत्य को खोज निकालता है

2. Values are not what humanity is, but what humanity ought to be. मूल्य वे नहीं जो मानवता है, बल्कि वे हैं जैसा मानव को होना चाहिए

3. Best for an individual is not necessarily best for the society. व्यक्ति के लिए जो सर्वश्रेष्ठ है, वह आवश्यक नहीं कि समाज के लिए भी हो

4. Courage to accept and dedication to improve are two keys to success. स्वीकारोक्ति का साहस एवं सुधार करने की निष्ठा सफलता के दो तंत्र हैं

SECTION -B

खण्ड B

1. South Asian Societies are woven not around the state, but around their plural cultures and plural identities. दक्षिण एशियाई समाज सत्ता के आस-पास नहीं, बल्कि अपनी अनेक संस्कृतियों और विभिन्न पहचानो के ताने-बाने से बने हैं 

2. Neglect of primary health care and education in India are reasons for its backwardness. प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य सेवा और शिक्षा की उपेक्षा भारत के पिछड़ेपन के कारण हैं

3. Biased media is a real threat to Indian Democracy. पक्षपात पूर्ण मीडिया भारत के लोकतंत्र के समक्ष एक वास्तविक खतरा है

4. Rise of Artificial Intelligence: the threat of jobless future or better job opportunities through reskilling and upskilling. कृत्रिम बुद्धि का उत्थान भविष्य में बेरोजगारी का खतरा अथवा पूर्ण कौशल और उच्च कौशल के माध्यम से बेहतर रोजगार के सृजन का अवसर .
