CSE Mains 2021 Experience explained by

General studies paper 4

How I attempted : - started with case studies .. alloted 15 minutes for each case study i.e .total 90 minutes..but It took 10 extra minutes and led to little bit mis management of time allotted for section A...And then attempted Section A ..

 Analysis- Section B

Case studies were relatively easy but there were around 4 sub- questions on almost every case study , so Qs became lengthy and ultimately time consuming..Key to solving such lengthy Qs is a good speed and more answer writing practice..(One must avoid habit of writing stakeholders , facts of case , subject matter, values involved etc in lengthy questions. Even if , it gives a good impression, one can't afford to miss other questions for it .)

Section A :- On the expected lines ..most of the questions as per syllabus ..( Q3- a,b,c ...Quote based questions may be difficult but one needs good answer writing practice to attempt such questions)

How to prepare - Lexicon or Lukeman IAS notes will be enough..for case studies..answer writing practice will work ..( mention ethical theories, philosophers , reformers and some quotes while writing answers).
