   4. But his official acts can be reviewed. 

2. Ministers 

   1. Official - no such Constitutional immunity - but not liable - no ministerial counter-sign 

   2. No Personal immunity 

3. Judges 

   1. Official - Judicial Officer Protection Act 

4. Civil Servant 

   1. Official - immunity 

      1. But liable for illegal drafts 

      2. Civil Official - 2 months notice 

   2. Criminal - prior permission of President
